Ash and I just got back last night from Maui and I'm just plugging into the outside world (email, phone, etc). I wanted to thank you again for an awesome job at our wedding. I can't tell you how psyched I was to tune into the dinner music and hear all of our favorite songs that we always play while we're having dinner at home or hanging out with friends, etc. and Now you know why all of the NY/Cali/Chicago tunes - haha.
And the setlist -- you took the best dance tunes from my list (and some gems from your own arsenal ) and mixed them up perfectly as you gauged the crowd responses and overall vibe of the night -- every time a song ended and a new one began I was even more excited than the song before and a few friends even commented at the end of the night/after party how awesome the music was. What a great mix of old/new/diff genres, etc. And you also now know what a few Bon Jovi tunes can do to a Jersey crowd -- too funny.
Lastly -- you were beyond professional as you welcomed our guests, introduced everyone and kept the night flowing. I have been to dozens of weddings where the band leader or DJ were either cheezy, not organized, goofy sounding, etc. You were nothing but professional in every way.
Ash and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made the best day of our lives even better.
It goes without saying but I would be thrilled to be a reference for you going forward.
